To support the objective of ensuring the financial health of the company through the good management of the Financial Department processes.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Recording and Analysis: Accurately record financial transactions in the company's accounting system. Ensure correspondence between internal records and bank transactions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of financial to ensure effective use of resources. Participate in the preparation of financial forecasts to assist the company in short, medium and long term planning.
  • Expense management: Contribute in the review and analysis of the company's operating expenses. Identify areas where improvements can be implemented to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports that provide valuable information to senior management. Assist in the preparation of financial analysis that supports strategic decision making.
  • Tax and regulatory compliance: Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and policies. Keep updated on changes in tax and regulatory regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales and Projects) to gather relevant financial information.

Requirements

  • Studies: Finance, Accounting, Management or related field
  • English Level: B2
